Who we are

the team provides exterior cleaning and related home-service coordination in our service area. This policy explains how information is collected and used through code3cleaners.com, our membership program, and our internal Exterior Command website-management tools.

Information you provide

We may collect information you submit through quote requests, membership enrollment, member-portal forms, service requests, contact forms, and account registration. This may include your name, email address, phone number, service address, property details, selected services, scheduling preferences, uploaded project photos, and notes you choose to provide.

Google account and API data

Exterior Command may connect to Google services using OAuth authorization for the Google account chosen by the team. Depending on the permissions granted and API availability, the integration may read Google Search Console performance data, Google Analytics reporting data, and Google Business Profile information such as business details, operating hours, ratings, reviews, and performance metrics.

Google account credentials and passwords are not collected by the team. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in the WordPress database for the purpose of maintaining the authorized connection. Google API data is used only to operate, analyze, improve, and display information for the team and its own website. We do not sell Google user data or provide Google API access to third parties.

OpenAI processing

Our internal AutoSEO tools may send limited website, search-performance, service, and content context to OpenAI APIs to help generate or improve the team website content. We do not intentionally send customer passwords or payment-card information to OpenAI through these tools.

Analytics, advertising and website activity

The site may use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure page views, advertising performance, quote actions, phone or text clicks, membership interest, social-link clicks, review-link clicks, and other site interactions. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies.

Membership and scheduling

Membership records may include plan information, service usage, account status, property information, scheduling requests, and internal service notes needed to administer the membership program. Partner-service requests, including services fulfilled by third parties, may require us to share the minimum information reasonably necessary with the selected service provider to obtain pricing or perform the requested work.

Payments

If online billing or recurring payments are enabled in the future, payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor. the team does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers in WordPress.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, administer memberships, schedule and perform services, coordinate partner services, communicate with customers, maintain account records, improve website performance, measure marketing, and protect the security and reliability of our systems.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for business, customer-service, accounting, legal, security, and operational purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to request correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, accounting, security, or contractual retention requirements. Google permissions can also be revoked through your Google Account security settings.
