About Code 3 Cleaning
Exterior cleaning built around direct communication, professional methods, and pride in the finished job.
Service is part of how we work.
Code 3 Cleaning is a firefighter-owned exterior cleaning company serving homes and businesses throughout Kenosha County, Wisconsin and Lake County, Illinois.
The habits that matter in public service matter here too: show up, communicate clearly, use the right approach for the job, protect the property around you, and do not walk away until the work is complete.
We are not a national franchise or a call-center operation. Customers can communicate directly with the local people responsible for the work.
The method should fit the surface.
Lower-pressure cleaning is used where appropriate for siding, roofs and other surfaces that should not be attacked with unnecessary force.
Concrete, sidewalks and other durable surfaces can require a different process and professional equipment.
Cleaning is planned around the surface being treated and the surrounding landscaping, finishes and adjacent property.
