Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

Website use

By using this website, submitting a request, creating a member account, or enrolling in a Code 3 Cleaning membership, you agree to use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Website content is provided for general informational and business purposes and may be updated without notice.

Quotes and service agreements

Website pricing, membership examples, service descriptions, and availability are not a final service contract unless Code 3 Cleaning expressly confirms them. Final scope, price, scheduling, exclusions, and property-specific conditions may be confirmed separately before work is performed.

Membership program

Membership benefits, monthly pricing, home-size tiers, commitment periods, price locks, service limits, scheduling rules, and member discounts are governed by the membership terms presented at enrollment and any written confirmation from Code 3 Cleaning. Benefits are not transferable unless Code 3 Cleaning agrees otherwise.

Scheduling and weather

Requested appointment times are not guaranteed until confirmed. Exterior services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, property access, staffing, or other operational circumstances.

Third-party partner services

Some services offered through the Code 3 Home Services Network, including landscaping and sealcoating, may be performed by independent third-party providers selected or coordinated by Code 3 Cleaning. Partner-service pricing may vary by property, provider, materials, and scope. Member discounts or preferred pricing apply only as described at the time of the quote. Code 3 Cleaning may coordinate these services but does not represent that every partner service is performed by Code 3 employees.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, identifying known hazards or sensitive areas, securing pets when appropriate, and providing accurate information that could materially affect the requested service.

Website accounts

Member portal users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts. Notify Code 3 Cleaning promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Intellectual property

Code 3 Cleaning branding, original website content, graphics, photographs owned by Code 3 Cleaning, and proprietary site functionality may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Third-party services and links

The website may connect to or link to services operated by Google, OpenAI, social networks, payment processors, maps, analytics providers, and other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

No guarantee of uninterrupted website access

We work to keep the website and member portal available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website feature will be error-free at all times.

Changes

These terms may be updated as services, membership features, partner offerings, scheduling, payment systems, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
