12-Month Commitment
You pay monthly. The full year is not due upfront. This commitment is separate from your 12- or 24-month house-wash cycle.
24-Month Price Lock
Your standard membership price stays locked for 24 months from enrollment. Founding 50 members receive a 36-month price lock.
Month-to-Month Afterward
After the initial term, membership continues month-to-month until canceled.
Defined Service Limits
Size, time and quantity limits are shown clearly in your property profile and portal.
Final enrollment is subject to the Code 3 Home Care Membership Agreement and Property Service Profile. If included services already completed exceed membership payments made, the remaining difference may be due upon cancellation.

Third-Party Fulfillment
Partner services are performed by independent providers sourced and coordinated by Code 3. Final scope and price are approved before scheduling.
No Membership Price Shock
Partner-service costs stay outside the base monthly membership price unless Code 3 explicitly offers a future bundled benefit.
